La Casa Clean is designed to help self-employed and independent cleaners organise clients, jobs, notes, assessments, schedules, supplies and payment tracking in one place.

Please avoid storing unnecessary or particularly sensitive information within client notes.
6. Payment information
La Casa Clean does not process payments between you and your cleaning clients.
The app allows you to record whether a job has been paid or remains unpaid. This is an organisational record entered by you and is not independent confirmation that a financial transaction has occurred.
If you purchase a La Casa Clean subscription through an app store, payment processing is handled by the relevant platform. La Casa Clean does not receive your full payment-card details from those platforms.
7. Email communications and reminders
La Casa Clean may use your email address to send essential service communications, including account and security information.
If you enable app email reminders, we may also send information such as job reminders, payment reminders or weekly summaries.
If you join a waitlist or choose to receive marketing or product updates, we may send information about new features, launches and other La Casa Clean news.
You can unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time. Service and security messages may still be sent where necessary to operate your account.

Deleting the app from your device does not itself delete your account or automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
